The Te Papapnui Nevis Tree (Wide)

Not quite New Zealand's 'Sycamore Gap' tree, and during the long drive through the Nevis Valley, if you blink you'll miss this tree. Luckily I was looking specifically for this tree. To get the shot, you can't have any of the tree touching the hills in the background, so you need to get really low down to the ground. I absolutely love the contrast in colours that the polariser produces, the rich blue of the sky & rich straw coloured tussock grasslands.
